It's not always easy to tackle a challenging conversation with a parent, teacher or friend. To be honest, adults aren't usually much better at it than the students I work with every day! Why? Because our emotions can often hijack us, and we end up saying things we regret or can't express ourselves in the way we would like to.

Communication is, however, a skill which we can learn to get better at. The infographic below is designed to give you a blueprint that you can use to give yourself a better chance of overcoming those communication barriers and achieve a win/win outcome.
